Courier controller note:

Experience and flexibility, good geographic knowledge, exceptional communication skills, working to tight deadlines and good record keeping are the core competencies of a controller. Medical Couriers have a policy of advertising vacancies internally and promoting from within. The number of positions have grown in recent years but would be unlikely to be advertised externally, as they are generally filled from within the organisation.
